Ingredients
2lbsground beef
1/2medium oniongrated
1/2medium oniondiced
Salt and pepper
2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonsflour
3cupsbeef broth
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Grate the onion and add it to the meat with salt and pepper . Mix everything together to make sure all flavors are evenly distributed.
Roll into 1 inch ball shaped
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to a pan and sear meatballs until 80% cooked
Remove from pan, set aside
Add butter and flour to the same pan . Whisk so there are no more lumps . Add broth and heavy whipping cream along with a dash of salt and pepper. Put less than you would normally sprinkle because it is going to reduce and it will taste too salty otherwise. Reduce heat for 5-8 minutes until it thickenS. Return meatballs to pan and cover so meatballs cook though.
