Beet Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing

Beet Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing only needs about three ingredients and no cook time! Throw on some crushed nuts if you'd like and enjoy the deliciousness!

  • 2 medium/large beets, cooked (canned works too)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain (preferably full fat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • nuts and seeds (garnish)


  1. Chop beets.

  2. Combine yogurt, honey and salt and stir to combine. Drizzle on top of beets and sprinkle with nuts and seeds if you'd like. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You don't need to add salt to the dressing. I feel it balanced out the honey nicely. But feel free to use less or none at all. Have fun with the nuts and seeds! They make the texture more interesting!
