  • 6-8 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste


  1. rub olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper onto the lamb chops
  2. marinate about 20 minutes at room temperature
  3. sear lamb chops on high heat for 3 minutes on each side
  4. cover with foil for at least 5 minutes before serving
