Sweet Onion Turkey Rolls are so good it’s hard to stop at just one! They’re SO SO SO easy to make and just so addicting and delicious!

When it comes to party food, it’s so hard to find something that is quick to make, a crowd pleaser, will still taste good even if it cools down, and easy to eat without utensils and plates. Ding, ding, ding, you found your winner!

The ultimate party food that takes only 5 minutes of actual prep work and 20 minutes in the oven! Sweet onion mix against warm rolls and melty cheese make this an irresistible crowd favorite.
- 1 pack 12 piece Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 onion diced small
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Hot sauce to your liking
- 1 lb turkey slices
- 10-11 slices swiss cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375
- Slice entire pack of sweet rolls so there are 2 sides (bottom and top)
Add butter, onions, dijon mustard, soy sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper on low heat until onions become slightly caramelized
- Place bottom part of sweet rolls on baking sheet or 9 x 13 pyrex
Spread onion mixture across bottom portion of rolls
Top with layers of turkey slices
Layer swiss cheese slices on top of turkey
Place top part of Swiss rolls and brush top of rolls with remaining melted butter
- Cover with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes
- Serve while hot
