Tangy Pomegranate Meatballs are perfect! I always make classic Italian style meatballs, and those are great. But these are super unique, delicious and full of flavor. Plus, they only have a few ingredients!

When it comes to meal prep, it’s important to have a solid line up of proteins to mix and match for your meals. This is a great add-in when you tire of the delicious Spiced Chicken or Cumin Roasted Vegetable recipes we love!
All you need is 5 ingredients and you’re set. Some ground beef (or turkey if that’s your thing), onion, pine nuts, spice and pomegranate molasses. It’s important to have the pomegranate molasses, which you can find easily on here or at your local Middle Eastern grocer. That’s what’s going to give you the tang!

A moist and tangy meatball, spiced to perfection filled with pine nuts and tart pomegranate molasses! Perfect for meal prep menus!
- 2 pounds ground beef, 80%
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon baharat/all-spice/pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add ground beef, sprinkle with spice and salt and knead with your hands until its evenly mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until they are evenly distributed.
Shape the meat into balls with your hand. 1 tablespoon sized balls are good. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 min. or until they are golden in color.
You can substitute meat for ground turkey or chicken, or even Beyond Meat, which is found at most local supermarkets for a no red meat or meatless option!
Yummi , I’m making it today !!
