Baked French Toast Creme Brûlée made Syrian style is so much deliciousness in one plate and the best part about it is of course that its baked which means less mess and easy food.
I first tried this French toast creme brûlée when a friend made it for brunch. Immediately, I knew I needed the recipe and so did all of you. It’s delicious, simple, and perfect for brunch because it’s baked. Brunch is a difficult time in my opinion to host because there is less time. This is the perfect solution because you can prep it before, throw it in the oven and voila its nice and warm when everyone is ready to eat.
Toppings: This is a great base and you can really make it your own
- strawberries or any kind of berry really
- powdered sugar
- slivered almonds

Impress your guests or treat yourself with this SIMPLE and DELICIOUS baked creme brûlée French toast.
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 pkg French Brioche Trader joes has a good one
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a saucepan melt one stick butter, add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved, add 2 tbsp honey.
Spread brown sugar mixture evenly on the bottom of Pyrex
- Layer brioche toast on top of the brown sugar layer.
Beat half and half with eggs and vanilla and pour evenly over toast.
- Bake 30 min, flip toast before serving.
